Haivu Doan ist ausgebildeter Kulturarbeiter und arbeitet aktuell in der machtkritisch-diskriminierungssensiblen Bildungsarbeit. Zuvor war er als in der künstlerischen Produktionsleitung, als Kultur- und Sprachassistenz und als Projektleitung tätig. Er initiierte das Projekt Cơm Together, einem Community Dinner von und für Viet-Deutsche. Seine Praxis verbindet persönliche Positionierung und politisches Handeln mit dem Ziel, nachhaltige und solidarische Räume innerhalb der Community zuschaffen.

Haivu Doan is a trained cultural worker and arts manager currently engaged in power-critical and discrimination-sensitive educational work. Previously, he worked in artistic production management, cultural and language assistance, and project management. He initiated Cơm Together, a community dinner by and for Viet-Germans. Haivu’s practice combines personal positioning and political action, aiming to create sustainable and solidaric spaceswithin the community.

Đoàn Hải Vũ đã học ngành tổ chức sự kiện văn hóa nghệ thuật và hiện đang làm việc trong lĩnh vực giáo dục nhạy cảm với quyền lực và phân biệt đối xử. Trước đó, ảnh từng làm việc trong các vai trò trong quản lý sản xuất nghệ thuật, trợ lý văn hóa và ngôn ngữ, cũng như quản lý dự án. Ảnh là người khởi xướng dự án Cơm Together, một bữa cơm cộng đồng do người Việt–Đức tổ chức và dành cho cộng đồng. Thực hành của Hải Vũ kết hợp việc định vị cá nhân với hành động chính trị, với mục tiêu tạo ra những không gian bền vững và đoàn kết trong cộng đồng mình.
